My passion and goal is to provide engaging and Christ-centered worship leadership when you need it, whether you're currently in between leaders or your main leader is out of town.  I will meet you wherever you are, and will do my utmost to serve you and your congregation with experience, understanding and joy!

About Phil Starr

A little about me: I am a worship leader and songwriter located in Elk Grove, California. I have grown up in the Christian church and around music my whole life; I also graduated Grand Canyon University with a BA in Worship Arts. My goal is to serve God and the Christian church through the musical gifting God has granted me, both in leading worship and in teaching others about worship and the joy of the Gospel.
